It sounds simple, but skipping is a real challenge and it is incredible exercise for keeping the heart healthy. On Thursday 22nd September our Primary students participated in the ‘Jump Off’ 2016. From the adorable Kindies to the skillful Stage 3’s, everyone got in on the act, even Mr Walter and Mr Van de Mortel.
The event was organised to raise much needed funds to find causes and treatments for heart disease through the Heart Foundation. Thanks to all the families who helped to raise funds, and please login to www.heartfoundation.org.au to deposit your fundraising money. All students who contribute $30 or more win great reward prizes.
Check out these skipping skills. Lots of healthy hearts here.
